Asbestos Awareness Training

Under Regulation 10 - Information, Instruction and Training - of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, employers are legally required to ensure that employees receive adequate information, instruction, and training where they are exposed, or liable to be exposed, to asbestos, or where they supervise employees who may be exposed. This requirement also applies to employees carrying out work connected to the employer’s duties under these Regulations, ensuring they are able to perform their work effectively and safely.
